Therapy that works with your nervous system—not against it.

Therapy with me is collaborative, body-based, and grounded in nervous system safety. Rather than trying to think your way out of stress or push through symptoms, we work with the body to support regulation and flexibility—so change can happen in a way that feels steady and sustainable.

I offer 55-minute individual therapy sessions for adults, meeting virtually throughout California, with limited in-person availability in Pasadena and West Hollywood.

Support & Stabilization

I work with adults navigating challenges such as trauma, chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, ADHD, and periods of overwhelm or shutdown. Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, reactive, numb, or exhausted from holding everything together. Others notice patterns in relationships—difficulty setting boundaries, fear of conflict or abandonment, or a tendency to overextend or shut down. Rather than treating these as separate issues, we look at how they connect through the nervous system.

Who I support

Expressive Range & High-Capacity Functioning

I also work with adults who may not identify with a mental health concern, but want to expand capacity, expressive range, and embodied presence. This includes athletes, creatives, executives, and performers who are seeking high-capacity functioning—the ability to meet intensity without burning out, stay present under pressure, and access a wider range of responsiveness, creativity, and performance.

How I integrate this work

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I integrate somatic approaches with insight-based and relational therapy. That means we can explore nervous system responses alongside patterns in relationships, boundaries, identity, and performance. Somatic work supports what we understand cognitively, helping insight translate into lived, sustainable change.

Is this a Good Fit?

This approach may be a good fit if you feel stuck in survival mode, overwhelmed by stress or expectations, or if insight alone hasn’t led to the changes you’re hoping for. You might be looking for something more embodied—practical tools alongside deeper healing. You don’t need prior experience with somatic work, just a willingness to slow down and listen to what your system is already communicating.

A brief consultation is available if you’d like to explore whether working together feels like the right next step.
